We are committed to providing exceptional service and care for your luxury vehicle. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for all our clients, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

Service Cancellations

Once an appointment is booked and we have ordered the necessary parts and accessories for your vehicle, we are unable to accept cancellations. This is because these parts are often specialized and procured specifically for your service. Your commitment to the appointment allows us to maintain the highest standard of service and efficiency for all our clients.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the event of non-completion of the agreed-upon service from our end.

  • If we are unable to complete the service as outlined in service agreement, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed based on the specific circumstances and the portion of the service that was not completed.

  • Please note that refunds are not applicable for completed services or for cancellations made after parts have been ordered.

  • Please note that refunds once approved will take up to 15 working days to be credited to the customer's bank account.
